glasperlen aller art
die älteste art der glasverarbeitung ist die herstellung von glasperlen. jede perle ist ein unikat und liebevoll in handarbeit am brenner geschmolzen und gewickelt. ich verwende dazu italienisches moretti-glas, das ausschliesslich auf der glasinsel murano hergestellt wird, lauscha glas aus dem thüringer wald und bullseye aus den usa.
schmuck – vergnügen und lust an individualität!
nach einem unfall musste ich meine karriere als ballett-tänzerin frühzeitig beenden. dank der prachtvollen kostüme am theater entwickelte ich früh eine leidenschaft für glasschmuck. ein besuch der glashütte lauscha inspirierte mich dazu, in zukunft glasperlen selber herzustellen.
es folgten intensives literaturstudium und eine umfassende kollektion für den „abfalleimer“, bis ich den dreh heraus hatte.
nach jahren bin ich nun am punkt angelangt, an dem ich meine arbeiten der öffentlichkeit präsentieren möchte. ich wünsche euch viel spass beim betrachten meiner werke.

glass beads of all kinds
the oldest way of glass processing is the manufacturing of glass beads. each bead is an unicate and has been melted and winded lovingly and in handicraft over the burner. I use italian moretti-glass, which is manufactured exclusively on the glass-isle of murano, german lauscha glass from the thuringian forest and bullseye-glass from the usa.
jewellery – delight and pleasure in individuality!
after an accident I had to end my career as a ballett dancer early on. thanks to the splendiferous costumes at the theatre, I’ve developped a passion for glass jewellery early on. a visit at the glassworks of lausche inspired me to create glass beads myself in future.
in-depth literary studies followed and a large collection „made for the bin“, until I got the knack of it.
after years I’ve now reached the point where I’d like to present my works to the public. I wish you a lot of fun while looking at my work.
